I got a small amount of this from my LFS and placed it into my quarantine tank.

Its growing runners like crazy but very few "leafs". Is it Caulerpa prolifera? Should I trim back the runners? Also before I move it into my refugium I wanted to be sure its free of hitchhikers. Can plants be given a fresh water dip?

Thanks
Jeff

Looks like prolifera to me and yes you can give plants a FW dip, just don't make it too long.
