Food-How often and what?

I think the subject says it all. I just wanted to know how often you guys feed your mantis and what. I have been feeding mine freeze dried krill, fresh scallops, squid, and homemade fish food. But I would say her main food is the krill. I feed her 2-3 times a week. But she has lots of pods in the tank with her so she could be making a meal out of those guy.

I feed mine 1-2 times a week. I had a cyno outbreak when I fed it 2-3 times a week. The tank is a 6 gallon refugium so go figure why there was an outbreak in the refugium and not in the main tank.
