I know this question has been asked before, but I can't access the search feature tonight. How do you measure a clam? I ask because a friend and I just purchased a couple of clams that were advertised as I think 4" clams. However, when we opened the box, there were two monsterous clams.:eek1: . This is in no way a complaint. But I'm curious... Can anyone enlighten me?
