Need info on a MH ballast...

hi there I was looking into a metal halide ballast for an Iwasaki 150watt 50,000k metal halide medium base...

Well I see that the 175watt PFO ballast is way much more cheaper that the 150 watter ballast, my question is if I can run the 150halide on the 175 ballast? I want to know before ordering.....

Hi,

You would want to get the PFO150 ballast for that bulb. The 175watt would most likely fire the bulb, but might do damage to the bulb or shorten the lifespan of the bulb.

So i would either go with the PFO150 or the LN150 electronic or Reliable 150watt electronic
