i have a 125 that is dominated by sps. i am currently running 4 maxijet 1200's with a wavemaker and i know this will not be sufficient forever. so what kind of tunze stream kit should i be looking to purchase?

I take it that tank measures 6 by 18" by 20"?

I've got two 6100's on a 155 bowfront.
The current definately makes it 6'.
At 3' I've had SPS flesh peeled back when a stream pointed at a colony at full power.
I like the two 6100's. Great product.

My main concern is the tank is kind of narrow and shallow, for a full blown SPS reef with mainly acros and no or coarse sand, the 6100 would be fine, for a mixed tank or with DSB you might be better off with 2 6000.

the sand bed is 1" or less. just one 6100 or do i need 2 with the kit

With one the flow will be acceptable but not really random as their won't be much bounce back. If you get one I would either get no controller or the multicontroller so you can make a decision about a second one later.
