Wow. Thats a sweet nano tank. I love the rockwork. Can we see some more pictures? :D

Btw, the fish you posted isn't a blue damsel. It looks more like a chromis.

shanebc21

Its defiantly in the damsel family but not a chromis. Its been the same size for 4 years now. He used to be in my 75g reef. When I bought him he was with the Bluefin Damsel - Paraglyphidodon melas.

ohh. He has the chromis color but a damsels eyes. But damsels, clownfish, and chromis are in the same family.

Does FEDEX have next day air to Hawaii from the states?
I can give you some websites for corals if you want them.

nice tank, looks deeper than 10" in the pics, I thought it was a cube when I first saw it

any problems with all those hermit crabs? have heard of them tasting corals from time to time

is the skilter the only piece of equipment you have for water movement in the tank?

shanebc21

Hmm, not sure how I missed this thread. I have to say, your tank is gorgeous. I really like the jam packed aquascaping. Everything looks very healthy.

How do you like the skilter? Would you recommend it? If it works... you are getting a lot for your money.

Its great for simple nano tanks. Its definitely not as good as a hang on skimmer. I had it on my 30g tank first just for skimming and used a fluval filter and it worked great. It is worth the money. This one was $35. But for keeping more difficult corals I would recommend a regular skimmer.

So I never got around to upgrading from the 75g to the 210g. Ive decided to downsize instead to the 29g Red Sea Max. And then im going to tear down the current nanos I have now.
