reseller question - hard to find items

Hi Curt,

I need a couple of items that I can not find,

A secondary power cord, (I purchased one local but it's to fat to get past the Ethernet and the regular power cord).

An extension for the temp sensor ( only needs to be a 2 or 3 feet)

Can you help me find some place that sells them, or sell them directly to me?


Also I noticed my AC3pro has an area that seems to be bulging( sounds stupid I know, but I'm concerned). Have you seen this in the past?

You'll have to call us to order these items. The second AC adapter (part #PS9) is $12.50, and the temp probe extension (6ft/TMPEXTP) is $14.95.
Where is it bulging? Can you push it back in place?

bulge is on the front panel, I think it's cosmetic at this point but who knows long term. What is your number? I'll call for the order on Monday (I assume you are closed on the weekend)
