When I try to make changes to my programing, I get errors that put HTML tags inside the timer names box. I only get one box.

I keep re entering all the program data, and then it will erase one of my timer names (ALM&-F09), Then I try and update the program and I get errors because the timer name is missing. I add back the timer name, delete the error message and try and updated, and get this:
LT1$-F01
LT2$-F02
RET#-F03
KAL#-F04
HET%-F05
COL%-F06
OZN&-F07
CO2&-F08

P> query error /P>hr size="1" color="#C0C0C0" noshade>table border=0 width="100%">tr>td class="smallertext">a href="http://www.neptunesys.com" >Neptune Systems/a> Copyright 2005/td>/tr>/table> /BODY>/HTML>

I deleted all the < symbols in the HTML, to avoid it posting HTML format.

Also, note the ALM&-F09 is gone again.

Help!?!? Is this because my firm ware is old? (see other post, I cant update that either!)

Some syntax errors were not handled correctly in the first release of the 3 Pro's firmware; update to the latest version and your problem will likely go away.
