Best way to catch a mantis

Any suggestions???

I found one in my 100gal, he's about 1" and knocked over a rock(powerfull little bastard!).

I tried fishing him out, but he broke the line...

if you can identify the home LR, fish it out and put it in bucket with some water. fill a turkey baster with selzter/soda water. squirt it into the holes and the little bugger will come shooting out, just like everything else in the rock.

I catched him about 2 days ago,Now he lives in a 3gal tank with some LR:cool:
