6080 sucking water in instead of blowing out?

Came home from MACNA tonight to find that one of my 6080's was siezed up. This happens every now and then due to kalk build up. Took the unit out and cleaned it. When I put it back in the tank it is sucking water in instead of blowing it out? What is the cause / fix for this? Thanks!

BTW, if you can bring the pump with you tomorrow, i might be able to fix it or just send you the parts you need.
