Bluewave 7 on a single channel?

Premium Aquatics has the dual 250w HQI ballast by bluewave on their site, but it only has a single power cord. I forget what the channel rating is, but is this going to be too much? I gather so...

I believe, 6 amps per outlet, total 15 for unit. Why not order it with 2 plugs and 2 on/off switch, got my Bluewave VII that way from Reefgeek that way so its easier to dusk dawn
