aquamedic regulator solenoid junk

I bought an aquamedic regulator/solenoid from you as well as a refractometer from you. The solenoid fine but the regulator needle valve was wore out.
I also bought a refrectometer from you and the glass had water in it.
Total bummer and unprofessional
