The Phosban reactor is a bit short IMO. It's better to make your own from a longer PVC pipe or just run the ozone through a venturi skimmer.

bringing this back...

I imagine a phosban reactor would deteriorate quickly being used with ozone.

I saw Ozone reactors online recently, maybe petsolutions.com, and they looked similar to a Phosban reactor and for around the same price. Anything that you pump ozone into is going to deteriorate to some extent. Some faster and worse than others.

in particular on the phosban reactor, i was thinking the rubber gasket would go bad pretty quick.

in randy holmes farley's ozone article, he shows a table of different materials and how severely ozone will have an effect on them: http://reefkeeping.com/issues/2006-04/rhf/index.php#13

I used and old seaclone 150, works great, followed these directions: [URL=http://www.thesea.org/reef_aquarium/DIY/reactors/reactors_ozone.php]
