What kind of lights do you need for Macros?

I have been wanting to set up a refugium with assorted Macros and such. However I was unsure of the lighting requirements for most macros. Can anyone help??

I'm wondering the same, I was gonna use a 50/50 CF I have and see how it goes form there but a list of what lights (type, quantity, and tank size) people us on what algae/plants would be nice.:)

I have the HD LOA light on my sump/fuge. It grows macro like crazy and is cheap. It has lasted a few years without a bulb replacement.
