What's up with all of the dead fish at Twins?

I was there today and there was at least one or two dead fish in each tank. It doesn't bother me to see one or two these things happen but man it was almost in every tank!!

Sounds like everytime i go to Pet Extreme in Livermore it's the same thing... they also have a nurse shark in a tank that is WAY to small for it..
