Hey Roger

So I am going to buy the 9010 today but wanted to ask you a quick question. The only difference between the 9010 and the 9015 is the cup/chamber...correct? So if I bought the 9010 and later wanted to upgrade it to a 9015, could I do so buy just purchasing the 9015 cup? Also what sort of clearance do you need to take the cup off? And...I heard in another thread that the skimmer will stop once the collection cup is full...is that correct?

Thanks in advance. You have been very helpful!

You need about 6" to comfortably take the cup off. Yes, you could upgrade, my suggestion would be buy the foam extractor from the 9020 instead of the big cup of the 9015 to do this. The skimmer does stop skimming when the cup is full, the skimmate forms a dam and blocks the air escaping so it pushes the foam column back down.

okay...sounds like I am going to go with the 9010 and then (funds permitting) get the foam extractor later down the road.

Thanks so much for the help Roger.
