well the power went out and some of the programs have changed

came home today and the chiller was turning on at 82 degree(instead of 80 down to 79.5)

may seem small but when you factor the money in corals and fish
(nothing else has changed)

shouldnt the back-up battery keep the info

if not i need to get rid of this-- i wanted piece of mind for my tank

How long have you had your ReefKeeper? There was an update to the software that will store you setting in the event of a power outage. If you press the status button while on the main screen it will report the version number.

Your setting should be saving as we store all setting in memory. I will do some checking and get back to you.

reinacted a power outing and everything stayed the same this time
