I am looking to recreate a reef flat environment in my 60 gallon cube and was wondering what Tunze products would most closely produce the type of environment found on a reef flat. My tank is 24x24x24. I was thinking of a 6000 or 6100 with a controller on pulse. I know that reef flat corals love surge and require a lot of flow but i do not want to go too crazy.

Here is what it sayd in the Tunze Catalogue:

Reef Top:
Strong current influenced by tidal action and breaking waves. The growth of coral is very dense in this zone.
Tunze Current:
Wavebox with night mode + two Turbelle stream 6000 and a 7095 or a Turbelle Stream and a Turbelle Electronic with multicontroller.

Given your tank dimensions the wavebox is flat out, the best suggestion is either the kit with a 7400/2 and a 6000 or just one 6000.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately having a square tank that is also fairly small poses some problems of its own.
