OK, so my zoas are not as nice as yours but here we go...
I looked this up on zoaid and I guess these are called blowpops. Which I think is a lame name and I would rather call them

They are probally dragon eyes. I got them form a local reefer. He called them dragon or eagle eyes, I totally forgot :lol:

All the ones I have left are on my favorites list, I've gotten rid of all "regular" zoas & its taken me 3 years to get my wish list finished.

Starting with #1 Kedds red (with flash! no orange masked by actinics here)

#2 My PPE's. had them 5 years thru a tank crash and several moves. They just really topped my list after I got MH lights and the color became SO rich!

# 3 on my list is my lemon's. They beat out my alien eyes only because it took me SO long to find them.

Then #4 Alien eye blues. this is a true blue zoa, pic taken with flash, again no actinic's making these look blue.

# 5 is a tie between my Fire in the sky zoa's & my pinks ( I dont have a pic of the pinks on photobucket so no pics, but you can see a corner of them next to these) The fire in the sky was supose to be fire and ice but obvously they do not have solid centers or yellow mouths so are not fire and ice. Therefore were re-named fire in the sky :)

Looks like Majano to me, I would either keep that away from your zoas or get rid of it all together.

The inner yellow ring looks more yellow with a hint of green. The outer ring of "fingers" is definitely more purple than it is in that pic.

those are majano (spelling???) anemones. not a zoanthid but still pretty.

Yep, will be at the Feb swap for sure. Been trying to keep up with the BAR meetings as well.

I'll probably be side trading some of those zoos.

No big photo tips from me, really. I use a Nikon CoolPix. Set on macro, no flash, autowhite balance, sometimes manual white balance if the colors are wrong, snap the pic, crop in MS Photo Editor, click on autobalance, and that's it :) Basically out of the camera with minimal tweaks.

Man I cant wait to start my tank lol. Are any zoos fast growing and easy to keep? Or are some better for begginers than others?

Just pick some you like the look of. The pinks I posted a pic of earlier are my fastest growing-- from 2 polyps to about 12 in less than 3 months, followed by the classic yellow polyps-- doubled in 5 months. And, of course, post pics of whatever you get!

These are the new zoo's I just bought from all places E-bay. I wasn't sure what I was going to get but I am very happy with them. Sorry for the poor picture quality, my QT is sitting on the floor so all I could get was an overhead shot that didn't come out very good.
