Kole and Purple bioload

Will a Kole and a purple tang produce to much of a bioload on a 125g tank. there is a 150 pounds of live rock. The tank also has a protein skimmer and sump. There is also a yellow watchman and a green clown goby in the tank. With those fish in it will it make it too difficult to keep clean enough water for a good reef tank.
