Wiring a PC square pin endcap

Anybody knows how to wire a PC panasonic square pin endcap?

I've done it a few times....just match up the color wires and try it. It's pretty easy because if it's not wired right it will not light up or just light dim......just change the wires around. If I did it without electrocuting myself you can too.
