I just got 3 single mushroom's, how do I get them to spread into more??

Mine seem to multiply on their own as long as I don't do anything to mess up the water chemistry. Keep them happy and have patience!!

I've had success cutting rhodactis, discosoma and Ricordia, but am unsure if cutting works on all rhodactis. someone here will be able to answer that one

parker, if you just got them, let them adjust to your tank water and lighting, and soon they will take off!

what are those little green bubbles that come on some mushrooms rocks, and btw i just got some green mushrooms on a rock yesterday, how long do you think till they go BOOM and spread?

Very hard to tell, keep your water chemistry excellent and you never know. Right now I have had NO sucess in having them multiply. My last tank had a mushroom the size of a softball, and didn't split.

I also picked up a little tip from a friend, if you feed them, feed them heavy, and then stop feeding them in all, and the monter colony will split because it won't be able to survive witht eh lack of food. (works for the non-photosynthetic only)[actually works, he showed me]
