I just got a flame hawk and my lawnmower blenny is chasing him around is this normal relationship between the two.I have a 110 gallon with 200 pounds off live rock a blue regal tang 3clown gobys that the lawnmower does not mess with they get along fine. I just introduced the flame hawk and the lawnmower seems to not like his company will this turn out fatile for the hawk?

he's probably just defending his territory, you could move things around, but in the end they should get along.

From what I've read and heard, it is not a good idea to mix territorial, bottom-dwelling fish together. Maybe you should just pick one or the other?

I'd give them some time, observe them and if no one is getting hurt, see if they can work it out. I introduced a pixy hawkfish to my tank a little while ago. He promptly chased my sandsifting gobies into their cave and refused to let them out for 24h. He patrolled like a little soldier, I thought the combo was doomed and one or the other would have to go back to the store. After a day and a half, he started to relax and explore, but every time the gobies came out of their cave, he chased them back in. A day later, he was allowing them to roam but only in a small area. After four days, he started ignoring them, and now they're actually starting to hang out together.
