I currently have a Jebo Odyssea 260 watt PC light which works great on my 55 gallon reef tank but I am in the process of stepping up to a 90 gallon reef tank. My question is will this light be ok for this tank? The tank is 24 inches deep. The reason I stepped up to the 90 gallon is that it is 48 inches long so that I would be able to transfer my light.

The light penetration in the bottom of the tank isn't gonna be as good since the 90 is deeper than the 55, so you are limited to lower lighting corals in the bottom of the tank, but can still keep some LPS near the top of the tank. So I'll say you are okay but you might not be too satisfied after the transfer. Trying to avoid using the watts per gallon rule. Corals near the top of a 55g are getting the same amount of light as corals near the top of a 90g. But you'll definitely find it not as bright near the bottom of the tank.
