Pictures aren't clear enough to show any detail but from the description only, you might want to do a search on vermetid snail and see if it matches.

It looks like a TUnicate (hemichordata) also known as a sea squirt. Good Luck and HTH

I think it is a tunicate too. BTW, tunicates are chordata (class ascidiacea). It's acorn worms and pterobranchs that are hemichordates.
