Okay, everyone. The newsletter will be as fun and interesting as you guys make it. So, with that being said...
I need tips and tricks.
I need pics for the photo contest. I know some of you guys are avid photographers so, send me some macros, unusual pics, prettiest zoas, scariest hitch-hickers, etc., etc. Get creative!!
I also need full tank shots for the TOTM feature. Don't worry if your photog skills aren't up to par or if you don't have a digital camera, I have a volunteer to come take the pics for you. We would like to see everyone participate, it doesn't matter if you just set up your tank (you might be featured because you have the best rockscaping) or if it is 10 years old!!!
TIA for all your help and support with the newsletter.
P.S. for the people who weren't at the meeting or didn't recieve a print copy of the newsletter my e-mail address is
[email protected] (just send everything there)

Great idea!
Let's go with a deadline of Jan 31. That gives everyone 10 days to get stuff in, I would like to get the newsletter e-mailed out the first week of Feb.

Stacy, no promises, but I will try to give something to you to help out. I'm a little busy with work and both frag programs now.

No prob, Travis. When and if you can help it will be appreciated. You have a lot on your plate too.
Don't let him off the hook ... Travis says that he only is "a LITTLE busy" !!
... just kidding. All help welcome, whether some or lots !!!!
let's set up the "Tips and Tricks" as a sticky so they will always be on this site and you'll be able to easily get the new ones posted for the month.

We're getting down to the wire here guys...I have recieved a few pics for the photo contest but I have yet to recieve any full tank shots for the tank of the month. I have only recieved one entry for Tips and Tricks and only one article.
I know we have some creative people in the group so show off your talents!
If you want your tank to be entered in the tank of the month section and don't have a digital camera, that's no problem we have a great photographer that is willing to come take pics for you. So, there are no excuses now. Right? :p

In order to give proper recognition, I would like to include all raffle contributing LFSs in the News Letter. Please PM me ASAP with any items that will not take away from your profit ie (promotional stuff from vendors).
There are some very kind and generous members of OMAS and I would also like to thank them for their generosity. If you plan to bring something to the next meeting, please PM me so we can include you in the news letter.
Thank YOU!
