I just got a copperbanded butterfly from liveaquaria that has some mouth damage, it looks like the bottom jaw was worn down a little and there is a speck of what looks like blood. I know these fish are notoriously difficult to feed in captivity, and this is going to complicate things. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this, any suggestions on helping the mouth heal faster?

That is a common shipping damage problem with butterflies. Often starts to clear up in a day or two under good conditions, however if it doesn't show any improvement in that time, break out the antibiotics.

Excellent, thank you, and it does seem to be getting considerably better.
