I have read through the forums but can't seem to find anything
about my symptoms. My clown is just sitting in the current and not
eating. The only sign of trouble is that the upper fin is colapsed
and he appears to have a very slight white film on his skin. Any help would be appreciated..No spots or cotton like puffs...

Sounds like it could be Brooklynella..a series of Formalin dips is the treatment..check this link for a better diagnosis

thanks bttrflygrl.. link was ver appreciated.. looks like brook but
not nearly that bad.. tried the fresh dip until i can get to store
and he just layed down like dead so i took him out. he looks okay
\back in main tank. Do they always play dead in fresh water? Scared the hell out me so I took him out...Only in there may 30 seconds or so. Probably no help huh?
