after not bothering with my tank for 6 months... i rediscoved the beauty of fixing the whole thing again...

bought a lionfish a month ago... (volitans) and guess what...
bought another one today!!!

its much like the first one without the horns and much lighter in color. is this the russell's? just not sure abt the name...

the question now...

how would u feed 2 lionfishes when one eats everything in sight (but not the damsels... dunno why... ) before the other one reaches it... they both dont eat frozen...

just put food in on the opposite sides of the tank at the same time, hope this helps...

the other one zooms to the other side once it smells food!!! and this one can eat as much as 3 whole gold fishes... trying mollies next time... and even though its mouth is full... it will still attack on food whenever it sees one...

if i trap it in a net while feeding the other one... will this do more harm than good?

when i had oscars i had to skewer (sp) fish and spot feed the smallest one for the same reason, give it a try, i used shish kabob sticks
