I have a 46g tank, 18 inches deep, with 192 watts of pc lights. As far as lighting is concerned, is it possible for me to have any types of sps??

I don't think it's enough light even for monti's.

I gave my buddy, who has the same exact setup as you, a frag of a Monti Digitata which is one of the least light demanding SPS. It lasted about a month.

Definitely need more light.

If you put SPS on top of the tank, it is possible that you can keep some. Don't expect it will get great color though.

in my opinion PC's are horrible for SPS.. Not enough light intensity.. I would run a decent MH setup...

I ran a 15G nano with 144W PC light, but anyway a MH or T5HO is preferred.

I kept Montipora digitata and Pocillapora under 220w of PC over a 40 breeder for over a year .... with good water quality, you can do it.

Growth, color were poor compared to under the MH IMO ... so I'd suggest going with a more intense light source for Acropora. Otherwise, I don't think you'd get the growth/color that to me makes keeping Acropora so much fun.

IMO, not enough intensity with PC ... you'd need everything to be on the top of the tank, and some things would struggle as they would do much better with more light.

Just my opinion/experience.
