Thanks for your time.
How do you use Two Little Fishies PhosBan? Do you have to use a reactor?
TIA

Thanks.
Any ideas as to the amount needed to lower 65 gallons from .12 to .03 ppm?
How quick will it reduce it?

The proper way to use it is in a fluidized reactor, it's far less efficient in a bag and has a greater chance of turning to a solid mass. If you have never used it before, I would suggest using 1/4 of the recommended amount for your size tank to start with and move up from there. PhosBan works fairly fast and can cause problems if not checked. I think the manufacturers recommend one gm per gallon, but I would start out with much less and test frequently in the beginning.

Thanks....test what specifically? I think I've read that it can cause problems with ph and alk?
Start out with a little at a time and keep an eye on the KH/PH

Thanks....test what specifically? PhosBan is used to lower Phosphates, test for Phosphates. I have heard of some of the Phosphate binders also causing problems with Alk and Ph, so keep an eye on those also.
