I wouldn't recommend it. The puffer will most likely eat the crab, no matter what size it is.

They can coexist for however long it takes Porky to get hungry.... Some porky's don't mess with crabs, some don't at first but do later, and others eat on sight. I'd generally recommend against it, however if you are dead set try it with a different (less expensive) crusty first.

I've kept stars and strips puffers in with the decorator crabs with no problems do mostly because the spider decorator never came out unless the puffer was already eating or at night when he was asleep a very smart crab
