Lighting

I have been keeping a 6 gallon eclipse with 3 watts of compact floresecents, I have:

-1 favia
-3 small colonies of blasto merlettis
-2 micromussa frags.

I was conserned if i upgraded it to 6 watts per gallon if it would be too much on any of them. What do you guys think?

If they did manage to stay alive under 3 (man that seems like very little light) I should think you'd be BETTER OFF with 6, or more if possible.
