Phoenix MH 14k 250W

I was thinking of getting a setup with these bulb anyone have anyexperience with them and would you suggest something else?

I have been using them and think they look really good. They are pretty blue for being a 14k bulb though. Maybe I got a dud or something but one of the two bulbs that I was using went bad on me after only a month or so, that sucked.
