Hi--
Does anyone have a set up as advocated by GARF (GARF.org) I do and I have noticed that even with my protein skimmer I have particulate floating on top of the water--I am not sure if it is b/c I have no true mechanical filtration on this system or is same is the product of my recent use of purple up--a coraline accelerator--please advise if I should add a mechanical filter to this system?
