New 180g Tank circulation ?'s

I was considering getting a wave box for my 180g tank that I am going to be setting up this May. I have about 65% LPS, 25% SPS, and 10% various softies in my existing 90g. I will have a shallow sand bed, so I can't have to much flow, what else should I consider as far as circulation besides the supply pump and the wave box.

a single 6100 added to the mix would be the generic response but I really need to know more about the corals you keep.

LPS consists of mostly frog spawns, hammer, open braines, elegance coral, and blasto's. I have several montipora species, and a few various acro's. I also have various mushrooms, soft leathers and zooanthid polyps. Hope this helps :>)

In that case no 6100 for sure. I would probably have either a Strong return with a seaswirl or add a couple 7400/2 Turbelles
