I have some kent tech D for my corals. Can I use this for my new clams? Reason I ask is because I bought a clam that was sick and it wiped out all my other clams. The directions say to use on sps lps leather and most soft corals but not on anemones or gorgonians. It dosent mention anything about clams.

I am not sure about dipping clams with chemicals but I just dipped my maxima with freshwater tonight. If your clam is sick you can try dipping and rinse them with fresh water of the same temp and ph as your saltwater for a minute. The clam will be able to tolerate it but most of the parasitical organisms will not survive the procedure.
