Ill anemone?

Three days ago I purchased a healthy looking sebae anemone. This morning I found it lying on the sand bed. Parts of it seem swollen. Is there anything I should do or just wait it out?

A picture and water parameters are needed to even guess what might be the correct course of action.

Post the water perams and I'm sure more people will suggest how to proceed
