Im pre planning my electrical setup.

I understand that it's all variable depending on ballist. , But what should I plan for max wattage useage of a 250w MH setup?

You can look at the specs on some magnetic ballasts... But I would plan for around 300w when running, and maybe 500-600 spike at startup.
