my new 2.5gal super nano!! (bewear 56k)

I been waiting to take pics of my nano. it is an 2.5gal with stand and canopy total it is about 30'' tall. the setup is as the fallowing.

AGA 2.5g tank - drilled w/ bulk head and stand pipe
AGA 2.5g sump - baffles already in place
Stand and canopy
Retro 2 X 9 installed in canopy w/ parabolic reflector and bulbs
- also has a switch so you can burn one or both bulbs
PH for return - tested lots of pumps and PH. This one was perfect
7w 6700k PC refugium light w/ reflector
50w heater
Sanders Piccolo skimmer

thats sweet! the cabinet and all that make it loko like a bigger tank until you show the dollar bill for scale.

what kinda return pump are you using, and what gph for that small of a tank.

the skimmer is a sanders skimmer. the air pump is a aqua culture air pump. the air stione is an coral life it came with 2 of them and this lil thing that you put in it for 3.99. the return pump is an POWERHEAD 301 i forgot the brand lol. I have it half way openon the pump. Im not sure of the GPH of the tank but the flow is pretty good. I love the skimmer it took like an hour to get the air stone adjusted like how far to put it in the tube. But now it works super. Ill be adding corals next month from an coral auction. The tank is ready for fish. i took the sand, rock, and water from my 55gal reef. any ideas on what corals and fish to put in it. I know a fish isnt the greatest thing in it so i was thinking like 6 sexy shrimp of maybe just maybe an goby/pistol pair.

Neat set up. Keep in mind goby size and sand moving traits with your tank size.

Where did you purchase your tanks from?
I have some of the equipment to get one of these little tanks started but am having trouble finding the tanks.

pets-mart sells the 2.5gal aga tanks for 9.99. You can also get them at petco and some lfs. or you can look into 5.5gal ones. My lfs can get in 5.5gal aga cubes. i have 3 of them and am thinking of setting up one like this with a 70watt HM. Soon i will be selling stands and canopy like this. Also well be selling setups with light and everything ready in it. But thats in the up and coming months.

Well im not selling them yet. And the tanks that i can get are 2.5gal AGA (not cube) 5.5gal AGA and 5.5gal (cubed) When i start selling and stuff ill let you know.

update,

I ended up add a mantis shrimp. N.wenn they get around 2.5'' long and are fun to watch. i have zoas, gsp, a small sps forgot the name fraged from a friends tank and great under PC. and shrooms. Sorry about how crapy the pics are my cam sucks. ill be letting the frags grow out for about 2 months then get a few more.

yes that is a frag of Hydnophora the stuff dose great under PC just somethings if too far away from PC it will lose its green and go brown. It grew 1/2'' in my tank so far.
