That's right:
ID this...streak. It's almost like a perfect spiral about the size of a quarter. What the heck made this?
You're looking at the very top rim of the tank, right near the black trim.

It looks like eggs from some kinda of nudibranch. They are known for the bulleye egg laying.
Do you have nudibranchs? I think that is the kind of eggs they lay.

I just put a lettuce nudibrach in my tank about a week and a half ago. But I havent seen it hanging around the glass much. I usually see it on the rockwork.
Could it be the lettuce nudibranch? If so, do the eggs often survive?
On the other hand, could it be some nasty nudi in my tank that I dont want? Seems like kind of a coincidence though, just got the lettuce nudi and now this.

I just read a post about nudibranch eggs...it said they lay them in a spiral pattern. Good luck with those.

My bet would be the lettuce nudie then. If you had some bad guys lurking about I would have bet you would have seen them by now. :)

Yes they are nudi eggs, I have them in my tank and withing a week of purchasing them they layed eggs just like yours.
None of mine made it I dont think as I have not seen anything unusual in my tanks after they dissapeared off the glass.
