Can you recommend an inexpensive light for a 15 gallon sump I'm going to use for chaeto or something similar as a refugium? I don't know what would be required. I understand running them on an alternate schedule as my main display lights is better?

I would just run a simple LOA light from Home Depot (if yours has them) and run it opposite of the tank lighting. It is basically a 65w PC light with a 6500k color (natural sunlight). It should grow macro like mad.

I don't know if this is a stupid question.. but what does LOA stand for?

Lights of America (brand name). And a question is only stupid if you already know the answer. ;)

Thanks, I'm looking on Homedepot.com and lightsofamerica.com can't seem to find what it would be, but I'll stop by after work and see if I can find it, thanks for the advice!

I use the one at the bottom of the page (http://www.melevsreef.com/fuge_bulb.html) on Melev's site (19W/85W version).
