I hope the new year is treating you well. I'm thinking of changing my lights, and trying to get some perspective.

What wattage are the halides on the frag tanks at the growout facility? Also, how often you think it is necessary to switch out the bulbs?

Any chance you will be carrying the new Iwasaki 14k bulbs?

I'll stop by one of these days to check out the new additions. :)

Hi Chris,

On the shallow tanks we are currently running 175W XM's along with VHO's. We are getting ready to switch out the old canopies with 175W and T5's with Aquactinics fixtures. On a couple of the LPS/Soft Coral Tanks we are running Sunlight Supply Tek Fixtures and and on another we are running IceCap reflectors with IceCap ballasts. I haven't added the Iwasaki's to our product line yet but plan to as time permits. Thanks for checking in. About 45 corals arrived last week and we are getting them on the site over the next couple of days. Most of them are LPS, ricordia, and Zoanthids if you want to take a look. Look forard to your visit.
