reflector for VHO

I am thinking of putting VHO lighting in my new 48 inch 55 gal. What type of reflectors are you DIT'ers using?

I think just a standard aluminum polished reflector. You can buy them online at some better places like champion lighting, premium aquatics, hellolights, etc.
Just make sure its 4 foot long.

I painted the inside of my canopy (what there is of it) white, and then mounted a polished aluminum reflector (15"x48"), and then used URI bulbs with built in reflectors. Works pretty well IMO.
