what is this?????

Any one know what this thing is in the middle of this colony? It makes like a spider web thing out of the end, and has been growing like crazy. Any Ideas!!

hard to say from the picture but might be a sundial snail

they appear to be some type of vermitid snail. i have a couple like that myself. it would be a good idea to remove it since its so close to your zoos. the web will bother them, causing them not to open fully. it wont kill or injure them though.
