I know that I shouldn't use the 90 right at the beginning but I only have so much room, maybe I'll use 2 (45's) instead, followed by the ball valve and then the true union to my Dart and then upwards to another true union and then to the CLM. 6 outlets

the pipe is 1 1/2" all the way thru to the outlets which are 3/4" loc-line.

It looks rather bulky, but should work. Be sure you have a large intake screen to avoid hurting livestock due to the suction of that pump. There is a large one on aquaticeco.com Just look up strainers.

Bulky....how could I trim it down? I thought the goal was to prevent as little friction as possible, thats what my goal was, hence the larger ball valve and the 45's used in the CLM.

Not sure but dont you need a valve on the outlet side for pump cleaning? Or a way to drain the pump down and stop the syphon from the outlet end?

It just looks big, but the pump is massive too. I don't really see a way to work around that.

Hmm, that's pretty much identical to what I was planning for my 75, let me know how it works out. Is in intake piping all 2"?
