theres not alot but i need something to eat it, what inverts/fish will eat carpet algea?

Well, we can only guess what it is based on that description. It may be cyanobacteria. There are not easy "buy that fish" solutions. Reducing nutrients (nitrate and phosphate; by skimming, growing macroalgae, using GFO phosphate binders, etc), reducing organics (skimming, carbon, ozone, etc), and increasing water flow all help.
