Best Deal on a ACIII

I am debating about getting a ACIII pro or a ACIII depending upon how much it is going to cost me. Obvouisly I am going to need the DC8 and ph/temp probe as well. The big thing for me is the ethernet port...I have three questions...

1. Where is the cheapest place to get a setup like this one?

2. I really don't need all of the features of the ACIII pro...Why do most resellers not carry the ACIII....and when will this change?

3. Is there any reason why I should hold off on my purchese either for product or financial reasons?

Currently reefstop has it for $439 w/ temp probe, Marine Depot has the same package for $409. Both are backlit display models.

Thereefstop here also, was the cheapest i could find. I think it was cheaper than what curt had on his site lol.
