I read on another forum that a person considered Ocean Formula 1 as a complete diet for an anemone. They considered it a balanced diet because shrimp, krill, spinach, clams, sardine meal, plankton, salmon egg oil, squid, kelp, etc. You get the point. I’ve read that it isn’t a balanced diet but I wanted other people’s opinions. Thanks for your time.

It is more balanced than feeding just silversides. Not all anemones have a feeding response for Formula 1, but I have a H. crispa that has been fed only Formula 1 for about the last 8 years. It catches the bits meant for the fish. Because of the size of the anemone, it catches about 1/2 a cube ever other day.
I think I might use VHP instead of Formula 1. I don't think the anemones need the plant material in Formula 1.

My Haddoni gets most Formula One cube, but I also give it a piece of raw shrimp once in awhile, and some PE Mysis a couple of times a month.
