Blue/Purple shrooms turning green

so, they need more or less light? Currently they are about 3/4 of the way down in a 75 with 440 watts of VHO lighting. I've had them for about 6 weeks now. There was no noticable change until the last week or so.

Any thoughts would be great.

Under differnt lighting they will turn differnt colors. Try adding more actinc (spelling?) or taking some off...

I have *heard* that iodine can help make colors pop-out more, but I wouldnt know how much to dose, or even if it is true.

I think water quality and lighting is a big factor. This has happened to me before.

I had green hairy mushroom goes to pink under 10k MH Aqua line. When placed under 12k bulb it slowly turend to green again.HTH
